All polygraph exams are conducted by William F. Gonnelli, a former FBI Supervisory Special Agent and Polygraph Examiner. Bill has over 30 years law enforcement and security experience. Choosing a well-qualified polygrapher with the proper credentials and background experience is critical to obtaining the results on which you can rely. Bill is a highly accomplished examiner and has conducted over 2000 polygraph examinations across the U.S. and overseas. He is an extensively trained examiner and a graduate of the Department
of Defense Polygraph Institute (which is now called the National Academy for Credibility and Assessment), and is acknowledged as the top polygraph school in the world. 

Bill is a certified polygraph examiner and is a Full Member of the American
Polygraph Association
(APA) and the Maryland Polygraph Association (MPA)
and the Society of Former FBI Special

Supervisory Special Agent

2004 - 2007:   Assigned as the Northeast United States Regional Supervisor in Polygraph managing 10 FBI field offices and 20 Special Agent polygraph examiners in their daily performance of using this sensitive investigative technique. On a daily basis, afforded quality control of all polygraph testing done throughout this region to include monitoring FBI Security Division initiatives concerning internal personnel matters as it relates to security breaches. From 1998 - 2004, Bill was assigned as a polygraph supervisor to FBI Headquarters, Security Division, in Washington, D.C., responsible for the national polygraph programs in counterintelligence, counter terrorism and oversight into the FBI's criminal and Personnel Security Programs.  

From 1995- 1998, Bill was assigned Polygraph Examiner to FBI Washington Field and Baltimore Field Offices. Bill conducted interviews and polygraph examinations in all areas of FBI jurisdiction. 

From 1987- 1995, Bill was assigned to the FBI's Washington Field Office and Albany Field Office

Commission Infantry officer assigned on active duty and reserves as a Rifle Platoon Leader,Company Executive Officer and Company Commander.
